On Wednesday, April 16th morning, the father took his son to Manikganj Medical College Hospital to see a doctor. The doctor asked him to get three tests done. When he went to the pathology counter of the hospital, they refused saying that these tests could not be done and further stated that no type of test could be done at Manikganj Medical College Hospital. I refused because there was no facility to get these tests done, such as CBC, Urine R/M/E., Chest X-ray.

He also said that the hospital authorities are deliberately stopping all types of tests to make their pockets heavy from private hospitals and that there have been many complaints against the hospital authorities since the beginning and they are constantly harassing the common people.

Talking to the admitted patients, it was revealed that the quality of food inside is very poor, breakfast in the morning is shared by the outsourcing committee of Manikganj Medical College and Hospital, the ward boy does not provide lunch on time, and the quality of the vegetables is very poor, whereas on 31-01-2025, the Anti-Corruption Commission talked about the quality of food starting from the kitchen, saying that the food is of such poor quality that it is less than two-thirds of the food list.

If ordinary people come to seek services and instead of receiving services, they are met with corruption, where will they get services?
