Army operation in Dhaleshwari River: 16 members of Kishore Gang alias Danger Gang arrested with country-made weapons
Dhaka, 3 April 2025 (Thursday): Yesterday (02 April 2025), an army patrol team arrested 16 members of a teenage gang in the Tulsikhali Bridge area of Keraniganj. At that time, the members of this teenage gang were dancing on a boat in the Dhaleshwari River, playing loud music and displaying indigenous weapons.
Later, the boat was taken under control and searched, and 14 members of the Kishore Gang alias Danger Gang, along with 08 ramdas and 07 axes, were recovered. Then, based on the information provided by the detainees, 02 more gang leaders were arrested and all of them were handed over to the Keraniganj Police Station.
Currently, the army patrol team is conducting operations to arrest the escaped members. Such operations will continue by the army to maintain the law and order situation in the country.
