Today, Saturday (November 22, 2025), the newly elected committee of Magura Reporters Unity Mohammadpur Upazila branch was organized in Mohammadpur Upazila of Magura district.

The President and Vice President of Magura Reporters Unity along with important people of Mohammadpur Upazila were present at the event. Mohammadpur administration, civil society, teachers, politicians, leaders of all parties including BNP, Jamaat, NCP, Jatiya Party were present.

From everyone’s speeches at the event, it emerged that in the future, all journalists in Mohammadpur should collect news honestly and sincerely as well as deliver it to the society. All the guests called on the Reporters Unit to continue their activities with the aim of driving away yellow journalists. Everyone is hopeful that along with Mohammadpur Press Club, Reporters Unity will stand up against corruption of all journalists with honesty.
