The violence of brokers is far-reaching in Magura Passport Office

Today, October 15 (Wednesday), I went to the Magura District Regional Passport Office to apply for a passport. When I went there, I saw that no work is impossible at the right time without a broker.

The current government has taken various steps to simplify the process of expatriates and passports. So that the general public can easily apply for and collect passports. But the responsibility of passport officers is to provide customer service and provide correct and accurate passports. However, I have seen the complete opposite of that. They do nothing but harass customers.
Various steps are also taken to free all departments from brokers. However, that process is not long-lasting, but temporary.
As soon as you enter the Magura District Regional Passport Office, the broker asks all the customers to work. Even 99% of the customers return from inside. There is a computer shop attached to the passport office, which directly liaises with the passport office officials.
I applied for a passport myself for the purpose of investigation and went to the passport office. They proved my application form wrong and said to cancel it. I asked how to cancel it? They said to get it from the computer shop. I started going to that computer shop. (Remember this line) Later I completed the work properly. In the meantime, a broker came to me and said that I can do it today for 1500 taka.
Later I canceled the application and applied again from that computer shop. I went to the verification section again and was told to come tomorrow with the NID verification paper. To get the NID verification paper, you have to go to that computer shop and get it for 150 taka.
In this way, the general public is being harassed every day. There is no one to see this or understand the suffering of the general public. The general public’s comments should be free from all harassment and corruption as soon as possible. I am drawing the attention of the administration to get rid of brokers as soon as possible. Not only passports, there are brokers in all areas.
