A BNP delegation led by the party’s Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir is scheduled to meet Chief Adviser Muhammad Yunus today at his residence in Jamuna.

BNP Media Cell member Sayrul Kabir Khan confirmed the development.

Party sources said the 6:00pm meeting is likely to focus on Bangladesh’s overall political situation and the progress of election-related matters.

Several members of the BNP Standing Committee are expected to accompany the secretary general during the meeting, according to party insiders.
